FAQ
Most orders arrive within approximately 5 business days from the time they’re placed. All signs are made to order, and we work to turn around requests as quickly as possible once they’re received. Custom signage may require additional time, as design timelines can vary.
Signage will be delivered to the Centric office. The Marketing team will let you know when your order has arrived and is ready to be picked up.
If you’d like to review your custom sign before it’s printed, please type "Proof Requested" in the notes at checkout. We will email you a digital mockup for review.
If you are assigned to one of our projects outside of the Kansas City metro area, please contact the marketing team directly to discuss your signage needs. We will coordinate with a print vendor in the city you are working in. Prices shown for signage on this site will not reflect prices for out of town vendors.
